I also had a moment of transparency where I shared I haven’t been meditating on God’s word as much as I had in the past and the post was actually an accountability post as well. Today I want to offer you some Bedtime + Kombucha Self-Care Support! When was the last time you thought about your bedtime routine or habits? According to the CDC more than a third of American adults are not getting enough sleep on a regular basis. We will also be discussing Kombucha and my personal use of it over the last 20+ yrs. Traditionally a carbonated drink with live micro-organisms, kombucha is made by brewing together sugar, black or green tea, liquid from a previous batch and the Scoby, short for symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (According to the NYTimes)
• 1 SCOBY
